Half plants showed signs of re-veg. A 3 hr power failure caused them to flower. Able to get some to show signs of new growth after put on 24hs few days then to 15 hrs. Some just wont re-veg and have nice buds, been 3 months. few questions... 1) plants that wont re-veg should top/ cut off nice...
