Could be micro deficiency or maybe just nothing.. If just one leaf probably not much to worry about. At around week 5 of flower, the plant will really tax itself if it is not receiving what it want when it wants it.

I use happy frog soil and upped to 5 gal pot early too,.. it's fine just awareness, you got it. Soak them slow and good, and watch the next day. Your whole setup and situation is very similar to mine.

Overlapped?? Tested my pH and ppm today and the levels.... Tap water is 7.5ph mis-stated in earlier post. Run-off pH was at 5.4 Ppm was 1400

I would say you have around 3 weeks. Then figure out how much amber you want.
