if the stems dont snap it aint done even if the outside of the bud is crispy. once they go in jars the moisture from the inside of the bud will re moisten the outside.

figure out how many cubic feet is in your room, multiply that by 5 and you get the cfm rating of the fan you should be using. good luck!

should be ok but your going to need a lot more lighting then that and you should probably come up with some sort of reflector to go on top of those. even if its a piece of cardboard with some foil on it lol

when a plant goes into flower they stop growing roots and they stop growing vertically after about 3 weeks. next time transplant a few weeks before you switch to flower so they have time to utilize that extra soil.
