well my female has already started budding because she was outside so i think if i reduce the light anymore than 12 12 she'll die?

about how long should i wait to induce flowering from seedlings, will 12-12 light cycles be ok for the seedlings... i have a 12 inch female that i want to keep growing before i bud her, and their all on the same timer :(

where can i find an inline inductor fan and how difficult would it be to wire it, or does it just come with a plug, also where can i buy the charcoal filter. after i install the fan will i need to have some sort of carb for circulation or would it be ok if i keep the oscillating fan turned on...
