Also i just checked the seedlings havnt sprouted yet i just put them under a 20w fluro till i got something else the light was about 2 inches from the pots and the tips of the perlite in the soil weres tarting to turn brown i have moved the light further away but will they even sprout now? if...

Hi i am new to this and just getting all my bits and pieces and i was wondering if a 400w mh and 400w hps would be ok for 4 plants maybe more also what each light should be used for e.g mh for vegging and clones an hps for flowering i dunno though?
