Got three white widow seeds that are germintating in Grodan Starter mini blocks, which will then be transplanted into nute-free soil mix. When shall I start intoducing fertilizer to these plants, I heard wait two weeks before any nutes are given...should I wait that long, or should I start when...

1st time grower here, and I have a basic question. How long into the flowering stage will I be able to distinguish between genders?

I also have a fan in the doorway, running on medium, also running 24/7....I have it nute free now for two weeks after flushing it once....

Its in a closet, temperature varies from 75-85, not sure on the humidity; the light's on 24/7...

Its a good 4ft away from the light, 400w hps hilux gro...I'm using an organic nute, Rainbow Mix Grow....

Please help, I dont know whats up with this one...I've searched the sypmtoms online and get a wide range of problems, I don't want to give my beauty the wrong solution to hers....sorry for the quality, I dont own a digital camera.....
