no not if its totally sealed. use a large exhaust fan to pull a suction on your room and have holes towards the bottom of the room as a intake. as long as you have a negative pressure on the room it wont stink and your plants will get enough c02.

a longer veg will increase nothing but yield assuming your plant does a fair amount of growing in that time and is still small enough to flower in your space.

make sure you use a carbon filter rated for your fans max CFM and you'll be fine. moving air through a carbon filter slower wont hurt. and idk what size light your running but if its any HID over 150 watts im pretty sure your 4 inch fan isnt going to be doing any over cooling.

needs nitrogen, HPS light, and a bigger pot lol tip the plant upside down with your hand flat on the surface and the stem between your fingers. tap around the pot and just pull it off. if you transplant this whole undisturbed root mass as is into a bigger pot of soil there will be NO transplant...
