I have the plants around 3.5 feet from the lights and all the pots are touching one another

I am growing 4 plants in the early veg stage under a 200 watt cfl and and a 150 watt has. Do I have enough to grow 2 additional plants? Roughly 30 watts total.

Ya, its like a 5-5-3 ratio of nutes so I cut the formulation in half, but haven't started watering with it yet. I'd like to check into those ppm meters. Where do you find them and how much are they running ya?

I just put a piece of plywood underneath the setup. Im growing out of Aurora Roots Organic soil, but will it be absolutely necessary to transplant the white plant? its around the size of a gallon

Im using Aurora Roots Organic Original soil. I have the general hydro flora series nutrients and dont know when i should use them. I was thinking of putting half the recommended solution in a gallon of water and using them. Would it hurt the plants to add those nurtients now? 23 days in
