I would use 2 Blackstar 240's if you are growing 4-6 plants. I'm using 1 each on my 3 girls right now. I'm hoping i don't end up with the airy bud syndrome which i've read can be caused due to not enough light

My 5 gal Smart Pots are 12" wide by 10.5" tall

It looks like a 4 or 5 gallon container which should be fine. You can transplant back into the same container after filling it up to the top with soil. Just wait a bit until she's bigger before you transplant. Like a week or two.
