Pics are under the CMH light... HPS is super orange. CMH bulbs run on HPS ballsts though, they are retrofits. Unscrew the hps, pop the CMH in, good to go!

I agree that CFL and T5 differ greatly, esp people flowering with T5s. A subthread would ideal.

Use tonic water. You want nothing on ingredient list except carbonated water. Anything else like sugar, ect will harm the plant. If you follow this, no need to rinse it's just plain water and the co2 will off gas to the plants. You will have to spray while the lights are on (they only use CO2...

I have a GL60, had her about a year. I've used everything from 2x 85w (165w total) CFLs with shades to a 2ft 8tube (216w) to a 250w CMH. 400 covers more like a 3x3 area so you might actually have too much light in the tent which leads to destruction of chlorophyll (bleaching). I use a air king...
