I do have a lumitek ballast and I am using super lumen mode currently. I will par test the light output both with the super lumen mode on, and in regular 1000w mode so we will know soon enough whether the extra output is there or not.

I would get 2 240s. It gives a lot more options and ability to maximize the light coverage for the wattage.

Hey Killer. I use 4x4x7 tents and they work like a charm! I have had a few plastic corners break on me, but it was definitely fault for over loading them with over the suggested amount of weight haha. I got my tents from Gotham Hydroponics

I haven't heard of many people doing the 10-14 method. If anything I usually hear of 14 on 12 off (even though this makes for an inconsistent light schedule on a day to day basis, the 12 hours of darkness is sufficient for the plants to keep flowering while having more light throughout their 'day').
