    Aeviaanah's Multistrain-Hydro/Soil-Organic/Synthetic-Breeding

Soon as we move next, stuck in a shitty spot for growing right now. Still have all my gear just waiting though...

Kmanda, do you have access to a hydro store in your city?

    odd smell to harvest

Could, depends on the strain and how it's grown. I could chop a girl at 4 weeks and have it smell skunky as shit. But it'll be much skunkier at 8 or 9 weeks!

Brown Tips / Yellow Lf - One with Flower / One with Veg - Organic Grow / ph 6.4 - 6.8

The flowering ones especially. The veggies might just have nute burn a bit. Hard to tell with the pics you have, don't take that the wrong way.

Oh...well just expel the spent air as far away and outside of the grow room (closet) as possible. You want to keep your humidity low 25-50% and your temps right around 74 degrees if possible. That is what you're striving for with the venting.

When should I use the lights I have.

How old are they now is the question? A 600 watter can be too much for very young upstarts, but once they are about 6" tall they can handle it fine as long as the lamp is 12-18" above the canopy. Young plants in veg also do just fine with CFL's, but I'd be using T5's at least. HPS bulbs are...

Def don't elevate! Just get a small short-sided tray that fits in there to sit the plants in, so if water runs out the bottom of the pots you're not replacing flooring in the spring.

Well shit, that was easy lol! 1st problem solved, now on to venting! An exhaust fan would go great on top of that shelf, sucking air through a hole in the top of said shelf, and pushing out into the attic above if nothing else, as long as you're committed to a CFL grow...

Not to rain on your parade but you really need at least twice that height unless you plan on doing some serious LST'ing! CFL's suck and you'll be lucky to get over a quarter per plant starting out, especially if you have to keep em small because of height/heat issues. I wouldn't venture into...

    odd smell to harvest

Well it'll smell mostly of fresh green plant material, but also of ripe and pungent sticky-icky as long as you grew it right. I mean, anyone should be able to tell what it is by smell alone. The smell will get WEAKER as it dries, but STRONGER as it cures in jars. 2 separate steps there.

    Still Yellowing

OK, peeped your link...maybe phosphorus deficiency? The pics were kinda vague/blurry. It wouldn't hurt to put that 4.5' monster in a 5 gal pot with soil almost to the top though.

Leaves look dark purple and are dry...

I don't do hydro, but shouldn't your Ph be higher than that by the 5th week of flower? Clawed leaves can be caused by too low a Ph, amongst other things. Pics!

    odd smell to harvest

What does it smell like? Was it trimmed before it was left to dry? Is it hung or racked or what? Are you drawing air THRU the buds or blowing air ON the buds? A relative humidity reading of the area its being hung in would be great. How long has it been curing for?

Brown Tips / Yellow Lf - One with Flower / One with Veg - Organic Grow / ph 6.4 - 6.8

Well, I had a horrible experience with Roots soil once, so I learned to never use that brand again lol. Now I just stick to the Fox, Happy Frog to be exact. No probs ever. Yeah, I'd flush em really well with your perfectly Ph'd tapwater (lucky!), cause it's prob just nute burn. Heat stress can...
