lol its all i can do am i better off getting a lot of cfl lights

i asked for advice 4 a reason lol i know mh or hps r the best i have riged my lights 3 inches from plants with 2 fans and no signs of burning but you say white walls is better than foil ok ill paint this weekend any suggs on my lights though

i do not have a hps nor the cash for a ballast, wife made me go cheap as hell but i am close to 15000 lumins plus 3 cfl lights right next to plants i have 3 plants should i be ok if not what can i do besides having to buy hps or metal hallide

ok i can not afford a hps ballast so i have decided to use 2 300 watt ge crystal clear light bulbs that have a lumin rating of 6450 a piece so about 13000 lumins plus i have 2 cfl lights [27 watts i think equivalant to 100 watts] low between my plants and there surronded with a make shift...

ok so its to late for that when should i start to see buds the white hairs are getting long and appears to be getting crystaly, also the tops are looking diffrent like flowers kinda is this a good time to switch from 15-30-15 to 10-52-10
