The intake and exhaust fans are on opposite sides of the back of the box but i couldnt put them on the sides or front because then it wouldnt be stealth. As for the exhaust fan it is directly below the lights because the lights take up the whole top part of the box and the fan wouldn't fit...

If you want a grow dresser i really would recommend building your own like i did, it saves you tons of money over buying a pre-fab one and they are fun to make. I could walk you through it if you were serious about it.
