Whole tub full of hydroton lol...going to be using 12.5L Air-Pots and 100L of hydroton and 40L of Rockwool cubes for round 12. Potting the veggies up in the next few days.

U shouldn't be able to squeeze a bunch of water out. if a few drops come out thats about right. Don't squeeze them with clones in them obviously, u'll damage the tender starting roots.

Yeah homemade CO2 is good for like 4 plants in a 2x2. Once you get big extraction fans goin it doesn't do much at all. Hell even bottle or generated CO2 doesn't work very effectively unless you kill exhaust fans during injection. Dreaming of having a CHHC4 some day...

Yeah, u just don't wanna see that light brown color when they start geting a little 'crusty' that's too dry. U also don't want them dripping wet. A happy medium makes a happy clone lol

Gotta time it just right. And cutting off some lower, shaded growth only make it push more energy into the fat tops you want. The competition between the plants is a good thing, the strongest survive and make the top canopy, the weak are culled.

I usually make a judgement call based on how thick the upper canopy is and how much popcorn I feel like dealing with. In the past my screen was 14" above medium and I cleaned out about 8". Now that my screen is 18" off medium I'll probably trim off the bottom foot. 6" of mass below the screen...

I've used the 'Bonide' brand 'Colorado Potato Beetle Beater' which contains a 0.5% mixture of spinosyn A and spinosyn D. Only thing my shop had in stock that had spinosad, but seems to be very effective on thrips. They also list it for moths, leaf miners, armyworms, various beetles, leafrollers...

Might wanna be using a nute with a lil more N in veg. Your plants are still small so they probably don't need anything right now tbh.

I really love the root riot cubes. They aren't the fastest, but they are by far the easiest maintenance wise, and the cubes help protect those delicate lil roots during transplant into their final medium. 2 weeks, 99% success rate, can't ask for much more.

Lookin great man. Did u knock out those thrips successfully? They come and go for me, never seem to do too much dmg. I use spinosad on them, about 3 treatments over 2 weeks knocks em dead in their tracks. I prefer to only use it when no flower mass is present though. But I have found hitting...
