alli did was put a sticky fly trap in there and lightly fanned my plant a stopped watering for 2 days and now there gone. thank you for the help everyone

How do i switch the lights to 2700k? and can i use 4 of 100w hps bulbs to be sure i cover all the plant? please some help i want to flower this weekend gonna start with 24hrs of darkness then 12/12 till she is ready.
