    A head scratcher?

Was going through a few photos when I found this anomaly. Firstly, see if you can see what I'm talking about before looking at the cropped photo.. Can you see it? Here's a cropped version. While it's a nothing burger and I am stoned, I just can't make sense of it. Thought maybe a hair, a...

    Lollipopping

I remember this same query being discussed years ago. Someone provided a study on grape growers (yes different thing but) the study showed good benefits from removing low growth and also from exposing grape (flower) sites to light.

The Gorilla is the star of my tent. Hoping she smokes well, then I will run two clones of her and use a trellis next grow. She has the most vigorous growth, thick stems (too stiff to keep her trained now) and is throwing flowers everywhere. She also out-grew her pots quicker than the rest and is...

You're looking good to me, a lot denser than mine and once they get deep into flower, I suspect you will get some chunky buds.

We were spared for now, the garage and shed was flooded, but it didn't get in the house. Still watch and wait for a few days. On a more important topic, my Gorilla cookies is the most exciting plant I've grown in a long time. Day 19 and the flowers are really packing on. If it's a decent smoke...

So far im just hanging in, but both front and back it has reached the doors, and is still raining. The street has been closed , so I might be stuck for a day or two. Fingers crossed the power stays on and I don't have to move stuff.

    Canoeing leaf

Thanks Rurumo. Temps are good, sitting 24 - 26 Celsius (77f) The circulation is good when I have the fans going, but had been switching them off during the dark period. I just added another small fan below the canopy. And will leave it and the extraction going 24/7 from here out. I will do a...

    Canoeing leaf

Thanks harley. Not so concerned about them pointing up. If you look at the large fan leaf in this pic, you can see it concave like a taco. I just did a Google on the old interwebs and one guide mentioned high humidity, for the last three days here it has been warm, wet and stormy, and the...

Canoe or taco, not sure what the term is. Might be humidity, it has been high.

    Canoeing leaf

My girls are early in flower, and overall healthy. The last couple of days the leaves have been praying hard. I just noticed a couple had a slight canoe happening. I'm thinking either they are getting a little dry (started giving them a drink daily, but are getting very dry by the next day) Or...

Cookies in the oven - 3x3 Organics grow

Day 17 I was resigned to not doing another soil grow after being underwhelmed early on in this grow. But now I'm really impressed. I don't want to put the mockers on my self, but everything is rocking. Loving the light and tent so far. The buds are nicely spaced on all the plants, and imo...

Cookies in the oven - 3x3 Organics grow

Two week update. I had to pull down my tent and relocate, not to mention hire a truck and drive for over 1000km's all for a crazy and unappreciative female, I'm devasted, tired and dumbfounded (but that's a different story I'm sure no one's interested in) The ladies are still going strong even...

    organic nutriens and chemical nutriens

I am of the opinion that the end result are the same, as long as both grows are healthy. Genetics play the bigger role in high and taste. But the end user (non-grower) loves to hear the word "organic" Hydro = synthetic Soil = Organic
