Dude that thing shouldn't even be in a bucket till it has roots from hell already. Get yourself a cloner and grow some ROOTS before slamming it in a bucket.a plant will always do better when the plant catches up with the roots not vice versa.

I use something very similar on a smaller scale. I can't use HPS for space heat reasons so I use T5. I won't get the yield of course but I'm happy with it. It works well maximizing the light I have.
