Both of these plants are in a 3 gallon pot both were taken care of identically the same way I don't understand why one looks not so good and the other one looks ok but I think they'll both be fine I'm going to top them soon

Where I live it's hard to get seeds I'll just say I live down south and in the US could someone tell me where I could buy some that's a legit place without problems
