Never use a water bath until all solvent is gone, the moment you see the last OBVIOUS ISO go, pour water in to the electric fry pan or whatever, this cools it fast, then warm it to 120F and simmer for 20 or 30 minutes. It LOOKS like you can SEE the last bit evap, not so, theres still some there...
