I have been vegging 10 plants inside for 7 weeks. Dwc. 18/6. 2 cfl's 200 watt each. I have an issue with my landlord and have to be out in a week. March 3, I have nowhere to put them. I forgot to add that each light has 1400 lumens. Does that matter?

Bigby, yes it was 2 oz total for all plants combined. Thanks for the input everyone. I had a feeling it was a combination of roots not big enough before flower and lighting. I'll definetly get some hps lights for the flower. Is it ok to use cfl's for the veg cycle?
