You don't want pressure or vacuum. One 240 blowing in the tent, and one blowing out of the tent, will create neither, just great air flow. Throw a carbon filter on the out, and your set.

It really depends on how many plants you want. You need 1sqft per plant (minimum, I say). Find your target yield, underestimate that bitch, and go from there. Oh yeah, and if you can afford to, go for the biggest tent. You can always upgrade to a 600w or even hit the 1000w club later. Just...

Add 3-5 ml of aquashield per gallon of water. I use 1 cap full per gallon. I also use it every other time I add water/nutes. But, If I were you, I would use 5 ml per gallon for the first week, then get it down to 3 ml per gallon gradually. Are they looking any better since you got the ph meter?
