It says it feeds up to 3 months on the bag

The soil is 0.10-0.05-0.05 ( Nitrogen , phosphate , & soluble potash)

I'm thinking it might be the water too.bt my soil is vigoro organic potting mix it says it contains : processed forest products, Peat, coir , rice hulls , and /or compost, Sphagnum peat moss , perlite , and organic fertilizer bt I don't see how it would start 2 burn the plant after 3 weeks in...
