Frankly, I dont know if you will get much bud at all. You would need at least 1 150W equivalent CFL 2700k bulb to get much of anything, but even then its probably a waste of a properly vegged plant.

Really depends on how you are going to hang them, how big the space is you are growing, if they are going to have a reflector, and if there is reflective paint/material around the plants. That said, I would say at least 2 6500k's per plant for veg, and at least 2 2500k's for flower.

I am pretty sure that you want to not water it for about a week before you harvest, both to start the buds drying, and to force the plants to produce resin to try and stop water loss.

Outdoors, sure. Or if you are somehow able to manifest a miniature star in your grow room without burning the plants.

Place a mercury thermometer on the tops of one of your plants for 15 mins and see what the temperature is. If its above 90, you are going to have problems. If its close to 90, you will have to monitor it very closely. If its under 85, you should be fine.

It will not have a regular three prong plug, you will have to attach one to the unit. I have just going by the pictures in the thread that boober linked to.

A little suggestion, having those cfls in open space like that is inefficient. If you kinda walled in the big plants with something white or reflective, most of the light fromt he cfl's would be reflected back to the plants.
