u might wanan look in a cheap flouro set up i bought one from wal-fart for $10 it's a 24" 2 bulb t8 fixture comes with 2 cool white bulbs for veggin my plants did pretty well grew to over 10"s in just 2 months from seed i can't complain for i got for how much i spent and u already saw my pics...

just from my experience that shgould be ok just don't use full strength like 1/3 strength to begin with build it up slow and u should feed/water whenever the soil is dried out but not dusty lol

if ur looking for a cheap way to go try some flouro shop lights i have 2 in my closet grow and my plants are doing just fine

i'm ex military and that appears to be a marine corps chopper like the post stated prolly either a sea king or a modified blackhack heli either way that is not going to be used that chopper is to big,loud, and has a huge rotor wash so flying that heli low into civillian areas is not recommended
