Yeah thats true def not at lowes! I had to drive over an hour to buy it since thats the closest hydro store. Lowes around here only has Miracle Grow of various types, including organic.

A lot of ppl, myself included, have had good luck with Foxfarm's Ocean Forest. Its also organic. I just started a new stealth closet grow too, i'll be watching yours with interest! Good luck!

As of last night, 2/15, I started germinating all ten JH seeds. I decided to use the paper towel method. I'm hoping for good germ rates this time. I couldn't find any warm spot in my place so I just cranked the heat. I'll check them after about 12 hours.

The bad seeds could have been exposed to humidity and started germinating at some point, and so now are not viable. I also had some problems with seeds not sprouting or germinating recently. I believe I did not store them at the proper humidity because it was going up and down quite a lot...

I'm afraid your plant may be doomed on only 5-6 hours of window light :( I believe 18 hrs is the min light a plant needs during veg. Try and find a way to get your lil one some light.

I use the ones that are black inside and white outside with the holes on the bottom and side. They work great, and you can easily cut them down to make custom sizes. I do have the problem of the soil shrinking from the sides and i never thought to use duct tape, ill have to do that next time.

I was wondering that myself. When i had low humidity I put containers of water in the grow area with the fans blowing across them. That seemed to help a little. A humidifier would work if you had a whole room.

Liquids are easier to flush out if you over nute and easier to mix IMO

The ocean forest is great stuff! and remember you don't have to fertilize for at the first month cuz its so packed with good stuff. I use it in combo with dr. hornby's iguana juice for a complete organic experience ;)

I think your plant should be fine as long as the length of time it is under lights stays the same? in my last grow when I had that problem, my plants were under only ambient room light for a day and they were fine, a little stretching maybe thats it. I actually got 14 females out of 19 seeds...
