if a plant is hermi the seeds will be hermi every time. Most likely the weed you are buying is from some farmer who doesnt care what he is growing and a few males get mixed in with his female. Its not a great idea to plant hermi plants as there pollen can ruin other crops near by

Your hermi plant will produce only hermi seeds. Try cloning one of the other 3 and keep her for a mom. Then you are sure to get good ladies every time

I start from clones. I clip my clone and after 10 days they have rooted. I then pot them in 4" pots and put them in a 18/6 light cycle after 10 days I repot them in 1 gallone containers. At 21 days in the 18/6 I them move them to there 12/12 cycle. 49 days later I harvest. Good luck have fun
