5000-6500k for veg is what he's trying to tell you. As for yellowing give em a weak dose of liquid kelp. You are definatly watering too much as well. hope this helps somewhat. goodluck

I'd go with neem oil or lady bugs. Best is to keep your area clean and keep the temps down. preventative is the best fix.

first off I'd bag the tin foil, that stuff is terrible. Get som mylar or paint the inside of the cab white or you could just get some sheets of styrafome. That being said, your baby looks very healthy. Keep it growin.

I use the 90w ufo's from prosource. I also use the sunshine systems glowpanel 45's both are great lights. I'm leaning towards going full on prosource though, 5 band tri spectrum. Great lights.
