Are you in FLower? How far into veg/flower? The Damage is done. I would just give it time but otherwise I would not go overboard and try to rescue it. This generslly makes things worse in my experience. If it is in veg I wouldnt worry at all.

Ive had good luck with the cheap Milwaukee but you should put some cotton in the cap and wet it so the probe doesnt dry out.

If its a sativa then I would pull it when they are about 50 to 70% milky sometimes. Indicas I like to let them amber a bit. Pics are very necessary though
