I love cfl's they do take abit more work imo ( constantly moving the lights within range) I use 250w 6400k clf on each plant during first weak of veg around 2 inch from plant and you still see them stretching to the light :(, then straight onto hps.my lights are on 24hrs for veg subbed p.s...

grab a ph tester! also looks like you have all sorts of issuse heat and cold stress. watering pretty much everything :)
