So this my second grow, my first was with all CFLs so I decided to add a 150W HPS especially for the flowering cycle. The plant seemed to respond well to the mixture of the lights, although I think I've watered it too much. The seed was bag, but I'm adding some durban clones tomorrow to this...

Right now just a fan...it's really not too hot but I have to keep it about a foot away. It's in an open area so it gets alot of ventilation (I leave my A/C on). I'm gonna throw some more CFLs on there. The plant seemed to like it more than the HPS.

I think that a 400W HPS might be overkill. I think a 250 HPS with a few CFL's would be good for that grow space because that 400 will put out alot of heat. A few PC fans to suck the hot air out would also help. By the looks of that thing you can probably go right into 12/12 (unless you want a...
