Bump please help! My lights go on at 330 today and I need to get straightened out before she dies

I was foliar feeding 1x per week with botanicare pro grow again .5 strength but the p.h. kept going crazy in the spray bottle so I stopped, last foliar feed was 3 days ago. the bottle did say to use the botanicare pro grow but i was told by someone on here not to worry about it....haha

Btw when I water I usually don't water til there is runoff as I'm afraid of overwatering I think I must roughly water my plants about 8 oz of water every 5 days or so(whenever the soil feels dry enough) is this adequate? Or should I increase? I know they say if it ain't broke don't fix it but id...

Well I think I found the culprit. I tested my spray bottle I use for foliar feed and it tested a ph of 5.0!!!

Ph is 6.0 and runoff is 6.5 I am using a 90w tri-spec led a 14w sunshine led for side lighting and a 2700k cfl for side lighting. I also just lst'd my tall plant and it does look a tad better than 2 days ago. And as for the nutes I am just following the chart on the bottle which has a npk of 2-3-5

i just watered my plant with plain water yesterday 4/16 i was thinking of waiting til there next watering and water with the bloom and do 24 hours of dark then switch to 12/12....does this sound accurate?
