Think I stunted them when they were seedling but they are starting to grow pretty decent now

This is my first grow. I bought some white widow seeds from Vancouver seed bank, I put them in pro mix veg and mixed 20% perlite. They are now about 4 weeks in from when the popped. So far I have fed the 1/2 dosage of nutrients every third feeding . How am I doing?

Here it is just a few days later, only have gave it nutrients once. Starting to top dress with worm castings

So finally talked the wife into letting me grow. So I picked up some white widow seeds from Vancouver seed bank. Planted it in pro mix veg with 20% perlite and this is 24 days in from germ
