ok guys just a lil update, everythings is going well... lol what a change!! most of the plants grew i would say 1-1/2 inchs today.... lol seems despite my best efforts there gonna pull thru i will post some pics tomorow morning fo a comparison. day 1 to day 8.. cheers all !!!

just go yout local garden center, as for the 1:1 ratio.. 1 part ff to one part vermiculite.. ie > 1 cup of ff 1 cup of vermiculite, just means half and half... mix to fill your pot so if your pot hold 1 gal of soil just mix 1/2 vermiculite and 1/2 fox farm.. and dont feel bad about the nute...
