i use the iws too, but i think maybe ur problem is caused by over watering and depending how young the plant are maybe to many nutes to early?

i use iws flood and drain, done 3 grows and im happy with it.. the plus side is u dont get home from work and the plants have fell over. its not cheap tho, the 6 plant setup is 400 and the 12 is 500

deff dont use nutes yet if ur in soil! id say there browning cus they need be in a propagator still so the humidity can feed the leaves enabling the roots to grow which in turn will be enough to feed the plant once it comes out of the propagator.. answering the question about moving out of the...

as long as the new growth is green u might be ok just remember young plants dont need nutes for a few weeks and dont have a fan directly on them or u dry them out.. hope this helps m8

anybody else tried the 10 on 14 off??

ive just got the odd one or 2 at present, was hoping to see a few more each day cus i had the lights on 11.5 lights on and 12.5 off and a couple of weeks ago i put them on 11 on and 13 off.. i done a bit of research and found that the buds grow more in night period so sort of experimenting this...

hi all, just wondering if anyone could have a quick guess on how much longer before these girls are ready for the chop? they are special kush 1 and i put them on 12/12 on 2nd october but the sex didnt start to show for over a week.. they are supposed to be 7-8 weekers but that just a guide...

i wouldnt bother using both mate, p=13 and k=14.... p=9 and k=18 there both the same thing but with different quantities of p and k im not sure but the 9/18 is more suitable for hard water areas

just keep bending them over and tie them

if ur using a hps light i'd use a propagator to protect it or misting could damage the leaves.

i think ur problem is the fan blowing on the plant, when a plant is young the roots keep it hydrated and if the roots arnt big enough the fan will dry the leaves out. i'd turn the fan off and mist the leaves with water. hope this helps :)

dont use nutes for first few weeks

if ur in a hard water area then the water need time to settle before u know its ph, i have to keep checking mine everyday for the first 3 or 4 days after which it is more stable. some people on here let there tap water sit for a couple of days before using it.. hope this helps a little!
