what I did this time round was before I potted was check the run off and adjusted till I was happy with this way and so far so good not sayin its the propper way but its better than not doining anything sure give it ago

Maybe check ur PH I have mine adjusted to 6 how much u watering her u should water her when shes nice and light to lift and in the veg stage I only feed once a week hope this helps the big band looks nice and healthy
