When you said place the seed down in the rockwool im not sure what you meant. So the tap root pops out, and usually starts to curve. You want the end of the tap root going down into the rockwool, then if you follow the tap root, it curls up then back down again which leads to the seed shell...

Well did you PH your water? What kind of water was it? I use distilled water on seedlings for the first week, and PH it to 6-.6.3 Whats your lighting schedule? what kind of lights? there a fan blowing on them. Many different aspects can mess a seedling up.

Let her grow! starts low nutes, I also had hydrogen peroxide to my water also. Be careful though, some nutes say do not mix with hydrogen peroxide. I also give my girls 1 tsp of epsom salt per gallon. Good Luck!
