Anybody get this problem in New England?

Anyone know what to use. I planted them in Miracle-gro pre mixed soil w/ fertilizer about 6 months ago. some of the leaves are yellowing and falling off. Nothing too big of a deal. What about for flowering SOG style? Any recommendations?

Thanks for all the replies. The temperature is up to around 75 now. After moving the light higher up off of the dome there is condensation over the entire dome instead of just on the sides. The lights being so close used to burn off anything on the top of the dome.We are using 3000k for this...
