    Witches Broom

I was spraying neem, pytherin, and dusting my plants with DE and leafhoppers still infected my plants. So far I have found topping the infected parts early on helps but once in the stretch phase I just cut out the infected branches out before it gets worse.

What is the best tactics for growing massive trees?

Something many people don't mention, assuming you already started indoors and have wide holes already prepared. When transplanting gently frizz up the rootball on the sides and bottom so the roots don't circle. This will help the plant establish much faster underground.
