Well being that you have the vertical height, and assuming that you are going to flower all of your stuff at once, you have the room to let all of them grow to a good size even before you put them into flower.

Get them as close to the plants as you can. With the cfls try and keep them within 2" of the leaves. Don't over water them, let your pots water them selves from the bottom up man. let the plant take what it needs that way the top of the soil stays airy and lets oxygen get to the roots as well.

Your gonna have o wait till the leaves get a bit bigger. If they are long and thin, it is a Sativa Dominant plant and if they are short and fat, it is Indica dominant.

I grew 10 Pineapple Kush seeds for my last crop and it came out awesome!!!!! Grew indoors, under 2 400 Watt HPS lights in a 3'Wx4'Hx6'W and averaged 4.5 oz off every plant. Veg was 24/0 for 4 weeks, then 12/12 for 9 weeks. If you aren't looking to get a lot off each plant the autos aren't bad...
