After Drying If I use 62% humidity packs in dark vacuum sealed Glass JAR not bag, do I still need to Burp or will the vacuum seal take care of that?

With the food I have, the Powder has more phosphorus but 0 nitrogen the Tiger Bloom I believe has some nitrogen but I think less phosphorus. Basically my question is should I give her something with a little nitrogen or will she be okay without.

I read somewhere a rule of thumb is nute burn starts yellow at the bottom and light burn starts yellow at the top I'm a beginner myself so I'd get a second opinion on that.
