bmeat, i think its because of the strong ferts ,and i just try how much is good for the plant but may be i used too much! I will try to water for few days with just a water and than will post more pics to show you the result!

No the leaves was cut off because they was on top of the heads and made shadow on them, thats why i cut them off but they are just 3 ,but thanks for the advice for cleaning up the soil top i didn't know that is bad for the flower I still not have a fallen leaves i think its still early the plant...
