Looks like magnesium deficiency. May need to pick up some cal mag or foliar spray with Epsom salt at 1tsp per gal.

I always test the run off. So I'm not sure. Ph meter may be off calibration but I don't think so. using two just to be sure. Been extra with ph as my last grow was messed up from a faulty ph meter.
