Hey man, those UFO panels have nothing to do comparing to these ones. All UFO panels, and almost every panel available out there, are made from almost same manufacturers in China, all using same components... almost all of them, with bridgelux or epistar leds... which have much lower efficiency...

In fact, seeing specs, these panels you show, offer exactly same configuration as the old EVO led panel, 21 red 630nm and 9 Cool Whites 10000K... if they really that, then it should be a nice panel, since the EVO led panels have already shown really great results with that configuration
