On my first grow with cobs I hit just over 1 gpw. My best has been 1.5 gpw. It's also strain dependent & grow style dependent. Im no expert grower so if I can hit 1 gpw you should be able to hit 400g for 400 watts. Unless you're a kacker ☺

Yeah I forgot to mention the power consumption. As SoOLED pointed out these have a really low wattage draw. On low, less than a light bulb. My 8" is on low & draws just under 10w! But yeah listen to one before buying a non stealth version otherwise you may find the noise a bit of an issue.

Yeah I know. There are sativa dominant phenos to be found in there though. You may have to pop a few seeds to find one but it's well worth it.

I found that the entire hyper fan range makes an annoying whining noise when you set the speed to a low setting. Much louder than the noise created by moving air. I ended up going for the stealth version which I cannot fault, bar the price.
