just go to home depot pick up a couple 48 watt cfls (around 10 buxs a piece) get u a fixture of sum sort (no more than 20 bux for sure) buy a $5 doller bag of potting soil, clean out a milk jug or get u a cheap bucket or somthing shultz 10-15-10 plant food (5 bux or so) not the most effective...
