you can but it will lower the cfm of the fan if you need a 435cfm fan for your grow room you'd be better off getting a matching filter

i'm about 3 weeks into my 3rd grow with lights on 24/0 for vegging i wasn't here yesterday so i just checked em and my 600w was off the ballast was slightly warm so i guess its only gone in the last 2-3 hours how do i know if its the bulb or the ballast? I've got 1 23w cfl that I'm gonna hang...

jondamon that fans done the trick for the temps just as the weather turned colder tho but it is seriously LOUD ive got the 6"insulated ducting which is also massive i had to put a reducer on the other side of my air cooled hood to fit some 4"ducting to my carbon filter this slowed it down a bit...
