No that might work for roots but not bud...you can successfully cut away bud rot...you just have to religiously monitor the bud and surrounding area...be super clean post surgery

Sounds like bud rot...cut the moldy portion away and monitor the area...wash your hands and scissors after cutting and before looking around on the plant again...the spores can transfer from hands or equipments to the plants...g/l

Drill 4 slightly larger holes in the existing holes on the light fixture and buy chain and then "S" hooks to fit the hole...chain works well in having to move the fixture up or down...g/l

You're just heating the room not the plants...move it across the room and turn it around...the lumens will drop off...it can't be any brighter than the full moon...g/l

By foilage I mean both...the smaller bud sites will have sugar leaves and the larger leaves will yellow but with starting a nitrogen feeding schedule and 18+ hours of light you can bring them back...it's just one of those situations where it doesn't happen overnight....so it takes a lot of care...

You can always harvest 90% of the plant and then reveg what's leftover of the plant...it's already established in a pot and will be easier than cloning...leave as much foliage as you can...g/l

Superthrive in a spray bottle always does the trick without burning...g/l

Run it till the end...you're close enough that you shouldn't have to try and correct anything at this late stage...g/l

The only thing that will hurt that plant is overwatering at this stage...they look like they're in their final pot...so with the soil being moister saving just monitor their water intake...start slow with nutes and you'll be fine...G/l
