if you want them to stop vegetating, stop using vegetative nutrients... When the flowering starts... you will see white little hairs... then you can start using flovering nutients... When the about ~80% white hairs will become brown or orange, you can harvest your flowers:)

The other one germinated about 4mm root, and stoped... i have been waiting for fiew days but she didnt grew up... then i thouth maybe planting to soil will help... but afrer fiew days still no progres... then i digg her out, to see if there is any progress... but i saw that she roted:/
