Don't use it all the time. Just in case your filter fails. Ozone is harmful to you and your plants in high concentrations, maybe even lower concentrations. You're grow is only as dry as the amount you water your plants.

Who knows, try it and see. Worst case if the plant gets too big, just cut some branches off. You're growing for personal use and not for maximum yield right? I don't like carbon filters. They work great in the beginning, but there are a lot of variables that will affect your filter. Humidity...

I think you're construction lamp is fine. It's cool white which means it has more blue light and blue light keeps plants short and compact. I don't have any experience with viparspectra lights but if I were you I'd rather stick the construction lamp.

You can train your plants to be short and wide. The use of lighting with more output in the blue spectrum,like your construction lamp, also helps to keep the girls compact.

There is research that shows pulsed UV to be more effective than continuous UV. Not sure if many grower are manipulation light at this level though.

Curious as to your definition of "burst of high intensity". How much more light than normal would the constitute a burst? As other's have said and I experienced with my own grow. UV does give the plants more trichomes.

Understood, as long as I'm in the zone, a few degrees shouldn't matter.:weed: The drivers can handle that easily. I can adjust them a lot easier and accurately than I can adjust the AC, even if I had an inverter.

The will be the first grow with this strain and in this environment. I think the important thing is eliminating as many variables as I can. Temps will effect the buds just as changing light levels will. So which one do I eliminate?

I already have something for temperature sensing. I can set it to 1 degree but it would probably kill my AC unit pretty quick.

I will be pulling about 6 cfm of air out of the enclosure to make sure no odors are leaking out. You can think of it as a sealed room. I can either turn the AC on and off and get ~5 degree temperature swings due to the small size of the enclosure. At least I'm hoping for 5 degrees, I'm sure...
